Stuffed Pork Roast ala Equine4Mom

3 lb. rolled roast, salted and peppered
1-1/2 c fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c raisens
2 T snipped dried apricots
1/3 c orange juice
1 egg, beaten
1/2 t tyme
dash cinnamon

Unroll roast.  Combine following ingredients and stuff roast with the
combination.  Retie, and cook at 325 degrees for 2 hours.  During the
final hour, baste with the following sauce........serve the remaining
sauce on the side....

Apricot Sauce

1 c apricot jam 
1/2 c water
stick of butter
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t cloves
